Eco-Flow/pollen-metabarcoding

Eco-Flow/pollen-metabarcoding is a Nextflow pipeline -written using the nf-core standards- to process metabarcoding data using VSEARCH.

The pipeline assigns species to barcodes, and produces tables/figures appropriate for downstream analysis.
