Our remit is to assist in the development of a Nextflow community within the Agri-ecology reasearch field, specifically we aim to :

  1. Provide Nextflow training (every six months, limited in places in host institutions).
  2. Collaborate on building Nextflow pipelines
  3. Provide technical assistance
