nf-core hackathon London announcement

We plan to organise a local site for the 2026 nf-core Hackathon in London

More details will come soon, but the idea is that we come together for three days to work on nf-core related project. We will canvas the community to see which nf-core projects people want to work on. Then onto the hacking.
