Every year we host a free Nextflow basic training in London. This involved using the Nextflow video content plus custom content alongside a group of 30 attendees from both UCL and Queen Marys university.

We covered the topics of Nextflow basics, channels, processes and operators, as well as a dive into making our first RNA-Seq piepline in Nextflow. Further, we touched on more advanced topics, such as nf-core and how to debug running of complex nextflow pipelines.

We are always up for hosting more events, also across the UK. So stay tuned for more Nextflow training!
